WLRS provides rail service to mining companies operating in Labrador and the Quebec North Shore. The company was created to haul iron ore over a 31-kilometer railway from Bloom Lake, Quebec to Wabush, Labrador. In some of the harshest operating conditions in North America, the service was staffed and started up on time and has maintained a perfect safety record.
